Since 2008, the VOC, an independent non-profit platform of citizens and organisations opposed to cannabis prohibition, mobilizes consumers and influences public opinion. We defend free access of adults to cannabis in coffeeshops, promote regulation of both private and professional cultivation and ultimately full legalization.

We organize the Cannabis Tribunal in The Hague and the annual Cannabis Liberationday, Holland’s biggest cannabis culture festival, in Amsterdam. Our chairman is Henk Poncin, founder of Cannabis College.
The VOC depends entirely on donations from consumers and companies to keep the pressure on, save our cannabis culture and make sure tourists will remain welcome in Dutch coffeeshops. Thanks for your donation!
